Xerox [ Aloe Solutions ] in East London / Mthatha is totally useless I bought equipment from them worth R 320 000, I still havent received the stuff as per our agreement. No one knows what is going on, its been 4 weeks already and im here stuck with tons of work and not equipment. Instead they are trying to push me into a service level agreement that doesnt suit my business needs.
Needless to say I am losing money in the process...
Never buying from them again, thank you very much!!!
