No keeping to promises

I bought an Audi A4 TDI from MBA Auto. On delivery, I did not receive the book for the service history and the badge on the engine cover. Thus did they make notes on the contract to remind them. I worked through 4 sales reps, and no one was able to fix this problem. Now my car doesn't have any service history. How am I going to sell my car for the price it is actually worth without a service history?

Go no positive feedback... and no solutions from MBA Auto.
