No response from Bobtail

I bought a two big bags of dog food from my local Spar store for my 6 month old German Shepard. When given the food in a healthy portion my puppy developed a running tummy. We submitted on the website for some one to contact me on the bobtail website regarding a refund, twice!!! and this was two weeks ago and we still have had no response what so ever. I find this really pathetic!!!
