No delivery 4 months late

Good day

i ordered a louchge suite and paid the full amount of R16000 - this was about March / April
to date i have not received my couch.
i understand the shop has been closed and endless promises were made regarding the delivery of my couch. nothing.

i have no contact with previous owners and would like assistnace to trace them. i aked for a full refunds and threatened legal action but as you would have it, the couch has not been delivered.
all blame is passed on the manufacturer but they refues to give me access to them so i can get first hand account from them
