This unauthorised service took 47 rand last night. I have NEVER EXPRESSLY given concent to be enlisted for this service. And i have sms'ed the "thumb stop" to 37445 as my customer care center told me to do but to no avail or response this is totally unacceptable. Remove me from this service at once.
