It is four years later and still no album or prints from Michelle. She received full payment and luckily for us, did send a CD with the original, untouched digital images - but thats it.
If I had the energy, I would take this up with whoever I am supposed to.
My advice to a bride is to stay away. Your post-wedding excitement can only be crushed (but if you go ahead and use her make sure to hold back a significant portion until full delievery - I can't believe the wedding industry gets away with expecting full payment upfront).
