Parcel 10 days late

My parcel is stuck at DURMAIL (HUB) for 12 days now... What is going on!!! If the post office carries on like this they'r going to loose alot of business. Can you please tell me when the parcel with arrive in Durban, This is medication, that I'm running low on. Please make plan to get my medication to me.
