Terrible service

I had tshirts made with my horse riding school's logo. 1st they sent me a sample, which was the correct size but the logo was on the top at the back of tshirt, not on the centre where i asked it to be (but i didnt mind as it was a sample). After i explained where the logo should be, i put my order in for almost R2000 's worth of tshirts. when they eventually arrived, EVERYTHING was wrong. Not only the size (which where HUGE! although the size ordered was 13-14, but sizes of tshirts must have been a M for adults!), but also the logo was in the exact place where i spesifically asked it NOT to be! so i posted it back (which Karyn eventually agreed to refund me, after not beleiving that all was wrong, just saying that the suppliers said it was correct aswell as the embroiders) on the 24th of April 2013. today is the 17th of June 2013 and i am still waiting for a refund!! Almost 2 months later!! Karyn apparently does not work there anymore, but seems i did the buisenes with her, she should see it through and i am not receiving any feedback!! Terrible!!
