Don't rely on the map book

I bought the 16th edition of the Cape Town map guide and have been using it for some time now. The person responsible for this edition should be fired. I have on countless occasions found inaccuracies in this book ranging from incorrect spelling, incorrect category (Street instead of Close, Close instead of Square and so forth) and roads not being listed in the back of the book, but actually found when looking through on the page of the area. Check Cherrywood Close in Parklands for instance. There is a Cherrywood Road. Check page 25 BN 33 and you will find a Cheerywood Close. It should be spelled Cherrywood NOT CHEERYWOOD. I spend a lot of time on the road and enter all areas (some not so safe). Thus I have to rely on accurate information when attending a call. With this edition however I cannot rely on it and waste time, fuel and telephone calls unnecessarily due to this. Come on people, lives depend on the information contained here when emergency response is required. So please get your act together and pay attention by doing what you get paid to do.
