From April 2013, I received threatening SMSes for an overdue TV Licence account No.209137918 Ms N. Sewnath. I informed VVM and SABC that I am not the person concerned and that they had made a mistake with the cell number as I had had mine for some 15yrs. The SMSes came more frequently after that and mostly at night waking me up. I asked Waspa for help but VVM ignored them and I then approached Kieno Kammies of 567 Capetalk who managed to get the SMSes to stop at the end of July 2013.
Today I received another from 27614595117 stating that the account was handed over to MBD Inc and to call 011 560-4618 to make arrangements. Enough is enough. Clearly, the parties concerned are either not competent enough or do not care who they intimidate.
Can you please get my cell number off the database of all parties concerned including the marketers offering financial assistance etc that VVM gave myb number to?
