No one answers calls or emails

I placed an order on 23 November, which I still have not received.
According to the expansys website they should have resumed operations on 9 January.

However no one responds to my emails regarding the status of my order.
No one is answering their 0861 number even after repeated calls and holding on for - 5 minutes every time.
