I placed an order on the 17th of December 2012 for an invisiShield for my new iPhone and iPad prior to receiving the devices to ensure that I have them fully protected by the time I receive them. I received a confirmation email that the order was placed and never heard from them again until I made an enquiry on the 20th of December, whereby they informed me that they do not have stock and that there will be a delay. Why do they take orders online if they do not have stock??? That was the last I heard from them. Tried to track the order online and the website has been down since yesterday and I tried to call them and had to terminate the call holding on for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
I am holding eXpansys personally responsible for scratches to my new devices as a result of this bad service!
