I ordered a pair of head phones from a supplier of bidorbuy, Expansys, on 10/11/12. Unfortunately, and unexpectantly, Expansys was liquidated without giving them a chance to inform their customers or bidorbuy. I enquired about this, and was informed regarding their liquidation. David quickly came back to me, and with NO hassle converted my loss into BOBbucks which I now can spend anywhere on their website. Excellent service from an EXCELLENT company.
