I wrote a complaint on Sept. 10th about a refund (2 months overdue) owed to me by a seller on BoB. On Sept 13th I received my money. Thank you for promptly contacting the seller and handling this whole episode in a very efficient manner.
You have restored my confidence in BoB and I have peace of mind regarding future transactions aswell.
