I won a bid on a product from my Favorited, still have not received my parcel, cant get hold of the company, bidorbuy wich I used to make the purchase has just send an email, copied me in to ask for assistance but no feedback, I have been on their case numerous times but nothing, I've already paid but no response or assistance that actauly helped me from bidorbuy
