Administrative errors been passed to client

On the 16/12/12 I required stiches. I obtained stitches and requested authorisation which was declined. I personally had to foot the bill cash on the day. Subsequent to which I have had multiple interactions at my expense to attempt to claim funds back. The net result in December, being that I was told I would be reimbursed. In January I was told that new procedural steps or rather unmentioned steps were now needed to obtain the payment on the claim. Following further investigation, it has now been said that the claim was paid to the hospital. So to be clear, I followed your process and was declined for stitches at casualty (which in itself is a joke), I had to fund it out of my own pocket, I called you to claim and was told it was authorised for payment and then you make a payment to the wrong person - despite repeatedly being informed that I personally paid. The money is due to me. If you cocked your payment up, or dont understand that the account was already settled out of pocket on the day due to your decline - its not my issue. Pay me my money which is due to me! If you made a payment in error, you get it back. Also contact me, Your self preservation is getting in the way of service!!!
