I have tried in vain to get my deposit back from Amanda, Frank or Dawn regarding our holiday stay. at this point all my calls are ignored, all my messages and emails are unanswered. basically they have money from me. what was suppose to be an easy transaction has become a case for small claims court. i hope anyone else that stay with them is aware of this. they also have their "friends" come by the holiday home without warning to "check up" on us. it was a total invasion of privacy. i get the idea they are extremely people as well, the moment they recognized we were not white the feeling towards us immediately changed. i am lucky that i have the law on my side, but its a pity they refuse to give me their physical address to have a letter of demand served. they know they are wrong, so they will not want to give me that information so i can take the matter up legally. i just want to warn others about this place.
