As far as call centres go, Bonitas deserves a bit of a pat on the shoulder. I've had two bad experiences, but my other experiences have been more than good. I'd go as far as saying they were excellent. I just spent close to 20 minutes talking with an agent called Musa, who took the time to explain a plan I'm considering upgrading to in minute detail, and waited patiently for me to find the info he was referring to on Bonitas' website so I could cross reference. He did it with a smile in his voice. Well done, guys. Please keep your standards this high.
