After all the planning and money we put into my sister 50th birthday party it was all spoilt by this caterer from. She was paid R20. 000 for the food alone to cater for 120 people. The beef curry had big potatoes in and meager meat, The mutton breyani for 120 people, if it had one kilogram of meat in it it was a lot. The vegetable lasangne consisted on frozen vegetable with melted white cheese. The beef lasangne consisted of boiled chicken and skylo pastry. She also cheated us out of seventy cupcakes and served my guests icecream in plastic containers that are given to kids. This ice cream was frozen in this plastic and handed out to the guests. They, her helpers also the snax and were constantly at the bar to recieve free liquor. When confronted after the party she was very rude and defencive and denied cheating. I demanded a refund which she is refusing to give and puts the phone down in our ears when we phone her. She came highly recommended and was sweet until she recieved the money. We were very ebarrassed and ashamed to have invited people to partake of this inferior last grade service.
