The sales person working for boomerang marketing, on behalf of three cities hotels called me, and offered to upgrade my membership from silver to gold. this was to cost R1200, and i advised him to call me on the 20 to confirm which monthend the purchase shold go through. without calling me, i got an sms saying a debit was rejected. he called me back, and i explained this to him again, but he processed the deduction again. today he debited R1200 from my account, without calling to confirm or anything. the number he gave me as his contact is not working. im now going to open a case with the SAPS
