On sunday 21 July I bought diapers from Link Pharmacies in Parow West Pick 'n Pay.
these are Huggies diapers and its the 3rd time ive gotten expired goods, only this time i asked if i can open the packaging before i buy it just to double check and the said no. i opened it after i payed and they refused to refund me as "the packaging is now damaged. Huggies promised me a voucherr 2 weeks ago and im still waiting for it and no further word from them.
Whos to blame?? Huggies for having expired products on the shelf still for sale? Pick 'n Pay for having a pharmacy that stocks expired consumables? Or Link Pharmacies for knowingly selling these goods and refusing to refund tthe money??
Now iw ould like one of these companies to contact me and tell me what they are going to do about this? apparently i havent been the first to complain. and if the pharmacy would do this to babies, what are they doing to adults? how to you know that the things you buy are still good to use? Its a scary thought,
They can feel free to contact me on my email cecildansey4 (at) gmail (dot) com
