Ticket: E974AE251ABBF Manager, Escalated query
Bestmed implemented a new format tax certificate (NO information/consultation with members). This certificate now indicates that I have no disability.
I have already, as per SARS requirements, submitted and got acknowledgement of my disability.
After numerous mails and phone calls the consultant JONNATHEN HAMMOND did not resolve the problem and ignored my request to escalate the issue. His final statement is that HE believes that SARS will not have a problem with this conflicting information!!! The fact that I will be sitting with delays and paperwork is beyond him.
I then used the Bestmed escalation procedure resulting in the above ticket number. Despite follow up mails there is NO response. This a huge let down from their usual good service.
