Poor service

I received the incorrect order. The driver insisted it was correct and showed me a slip of the incorrect order. This was just the drink. Upon opening the boxes, I found that the pizza order was also incorrect. The manager wasn't helpful at all and stated they'd have to punch it in as waste.
