I had a good experience the first time around. The enormous amount of options on the website makes it a dream to shop. However, there might not be stock of your items, and you will only be notified of this once you call to follow-up on your order.By this time you have already paid. (Hint: When you call to follow up, use the first voice prompt that directs you to Sales. The second option directs you to Accounts and Order tracking - This does not get answered). Another problem is that you will never know when your delivery might pitch up, because you might not get a shipping or tracking number. The guys are really helpful when you call, but I think they need to improve on communication with the consumers. Good experience in general.
