Purchased goods not delivered

I purchased a camera through this company and it was never delivered. Various requests and follow-ups were not answered and the consultant always refered to a new problem or avoided the request in refering me to the courier company. The courier company has since disappeared and cannot be contacted. I believe the website and service is a to money from customers.
