Ordered & Paid for Goods & NEVER received it

I purchased a car DVD player with GPS etc from Gadgets R US and was informed that 'something had gone wrong' and they would reimburse me my funds, and after that I heard nothing more from them. I went back onto their website: [URL Removed] which shows that the account has been suspended, and they do not respond to emails. Now I have lost my money and don't have the goods either!
