6 Months ago I discovered multiple unauthorized debit orders on a saving account of mine. I discovered that Platinum Credit card corporate / StratCol had incorrectly debited my account. I spoke with them and they confirmed that they were billing the incorrect account number. They advised me that I would be refunded within 30 days. I am still waiting 4 Months after I was meant to be refunded. Not only did they incorrectly bill me but they have also failed to refund me as promised. Everyone I engage with there says they will sort it out but nothing ever happens. I see no other alternative than to initiate a small claims court process to recover the amount.
