The
receptionist did not even pay attention to me. I found her on the phone
with a customer like me but i expected her attention as soon as she
finished. She never did, instead she started browsing on her cellphone. I
tried to ask why she ignored me, she said "... many people just come in
and stand...' Honestly i expect better public relations and customer
care from this face of your international college. I hope someone will
make her read your vision and mission statement.
