My husband has registered for the Autocad short course that was supposed to officially start 25 February 2013, I called to a week ago to enquire about the exact times in order to sort out transport but I was told that they don't know yet?? They then called my husband yesterday to tell him which building to go to and to be there at 5, he then arrived before 5 o clock, to then find nobody on campus that could direct him to the proper building, he tried calling the number and nobody answered, then meeting other students registered for this course nobody had answers and apparently the lecturer in charge had not pitched at all, the lecturer at the Design building did not even know that there was a course being offered??? I called today to enquire what is supposed to happen now as one day has already passed with no lecturer or feedback?? I mean a huge tertiary entity as CPUT and nobody can give me answers?? We have paid a lot of money for this course and to now have a laxsy daisy approach is not professional at all...
