Keep sending me a account after 4 years

I was only a student for 4 months in 2009. I correctly stopped my postal studies with them but they keep sending me accounts. Hello I have never even written an exam or send a assessment to them. How can they still think I'm a student? Now my name is blacked listed. Just because they still think I'm a student.
