There is an old lady who is in charge of running the reception at this Primary school. She is light in complexion, abit chubby and she has grey hair. I am so sick of her rudeness. Every time I have to go to the child's school for information or documentation, I cringe in the thought of what disrespect I'm going to get from her. Unfortunately I am a young guardian and will not back chat her. She makes me feel inferior when speak to her and when I explain what I came for. I thought I was just overreacting until another parent came and she experienced the same manner. Two other students came to her and she spoke to them in a manner that was not acceptable. I don't think it's fair that as parents we have to deal with such appalling behavior from staff and still wonder how your child is been treated at school in your absence. If she is not patient with our children then she must retire.
