I would like to share my unfortunate and regrettable experience with you all in regards to College SA.I had signed up for a three year Diploma course with College SA and paid R30188 for the course. A few months into the course I was transferred to an overseas branch of my company which made it impossible for me to continue with the course in South Africa. After much deliberation and two study breaks and only receiving two textbooks I could not find a way to continue with the course and had decided to cancel the remainder of my course. And receive the unused balance of my tuition fees returned as is their policy. I received confirmation that my cancellation was accepted. I then queried how much the refund was going to be to which i received a very curt response that I would receive the amount of R1188 I could not see that having been with the course just over a year would leave a balance so low. After expressing my dissatisfaction they said they would increase the refund to R2989 I again expressed my dissatisfaction I was ignored and a payment was made to my account for the sum of R1188 I have asked them repeatedly for a copy of the calculations they have used and still no reply?
