No feedback of Communication

I registered on the 25 November 2013 at UNISA for a postgraduate Diploma (that was the day registration opened). From that day up until 2 days before registration closes it showed that my registration was in progress. That`s when i managed to contact via email the 2 ladies listed above, On my initial email i got response. They told me i should try registering again, when I did that it gave me an error. I told them about the error and that i need them to help me urgently as registration closes in 2 days, but i never received a reply after numerous emails. Its about 3 days after registration closed and i still don't have a response and my registration is still in progress.
