I really don't know where to begin. I started studying with Intec in April 2013. In the beginning I was told that it takes 30 days to mark a test once Intec receives it. I have received up to date 2 tests back from them. The first one was quick and I was impressed with the serves I received, but boy o boy was I wrong. The 2nd test took 9 weeks after it was received. Im now waiting for test nr 3 to return and its been 7 week now. I send a mail and got a sms back saying its due to the holiday season. Maybe i should send my payment on holiday as well and see how this works out for them. Come on guys, please get your act together.
