I have been contacting UNISA regarding the following:
- Remarking of exam
- Letter of good conduct Case# 13240NX18651
I have received no email response and cannot get through to the numbers of the relevant departments. The response time is very poor as I have requested the Letter of good conduct in August already and have been following up on the matter.
I would like to be kindly assisted with the above mentioned queries, details of each matter are in the emails which I have sent. The service is extremely poor due to the fact that there are closing dates to be met and I do not want to miss a deadline because of a slow response from Unisa. After-all they would not allow me to submit anything after their closing date, would they?
