EXCELLENT SERVICE

I applied for registration for my daughter with UNISA online on the 10 September for 2014. The website shut down and I sent an email the next day with all the details and attached the relevant documents. For the past two months, i have emailed and phoned continuously to find out what was going on with her application. I never ever got a straight answer and was told she will be accepted to apply and the was told she would not. So in trying to find out why, i was given different answers and the complete runaround. Eventually I sent another email on the 29 November to all the email addresses i could find for UNISA and immediately got a response from Nonhlanhla Mgidi.

Nonhlanhla answered all my questions and responded to every email I sent immediately. Yesterday my daughter received an email to say her application for registration has been approved. Nonhlanhla thank you for all your assistance and for going the extra mile. It is greatly appreciated.
