ONCE AGAIN INTEC ICG GROUP FAILS STUDENT

Mr Moodley of the ICG Intec legal branch requested that we give them 7 days-Wed Nov 6 up to and including Wed 13 Nov to respond to having me daughters CORRECT grade 12 marks submitted to the GED, amongst other things. In return we were to "keep quiet" for that week.By Thurs 14 we had NO RESPONSE. WE received a letter (backdated to 14 Nov-past their dead-line) stating that they had requested to the GED that her correct marks be sumitted "on compassionate grounds" which they say was declined. Why then, were you not forthcoming with GED and tell them the reason you needed to do this, was that since term 1, you have consistently ignored requests to have re-marks done, or that you took almost 4 months for us to view her incorrect exams? To also use the excuse "your lines were down" really?! Do none of you have cellphones there? Stop with the excuses now! Stop offering us minimal refunds thinking this may keep us quiet! Stop having your representatives agree to terms and then back-track on their words. Stop saying we have moved the goal-posts when only your company has! AND WHY IS IT, THAT THE GED HAVE TOLD ME THAT MY DAUGHTERS CORRECT MARKS CAN STILL BE SUBMITTED TO THEM BY YOUR GROUP
