I registered for a digital sound engineering course in July 2011, paid an amount of R4961 and intec failed to supply me with study material. I requested cancellation and refund in December 2011 and they told me that it will be paid into my bank account within 90 days. I have been calling ever since then and they keep on telling me that they are adding me to an urgent list. I spent a lot of money calling at their offices in Cape Town and they told the processing department is in durban and they won't give me their contact details or address. On 29 January 2013 i visited their branch in durban and the told me the very same story and the lady called Sylvia told they do not know anything about refunds and that I must contact Cape Town.
