I got debited twice for the amount of R798 instead of just once. Both debits happened on 28 October 2013. The first one had reference PM8@INTEC 00BA8D32131028 and the second one had reference PM8@INTEC 00B99FD3131025.
I demand an immediate refund of R798 into my account. i do not want excuses or long winded explanations and investigations, because that money you took is mine and it is meant to be there in my account for other debit orders.
I want my money back now.
