We went to a presentation earlier this year with regards to this so called 5 star baby academy that was opening in Palm Lakes Estate, Tinley Manor. Well everything we were promised from the so called camera system and the so called chef and meals for our baby and the so called non toxic cleaning products did not happen @R2900 a month. Withing the first 2 months, 2 of the 4 staff members had resigned as they could not work with the principal who was extremely rude. Also in the second month there was an outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease and the parents were told the children were sick at home teething. My baby often came home sun burnt as no sunblok was applied and we later learnt my babies teacher/principal, LYnn often left the school, leaving the children without the promised care. Everything they had promised in the presentation did not materialise and when we raised our concerns (with other parents) we were told to remove our child??? I find this school to be the worst service provider i have ever dealt with. The new staff member they have emplyed to run the baby class, is a 23 year old alcohol rep, who cant even hold a baby properly???
