I registered with Intec in October 2010, 3 months later when my study material was not delivered I phoned to find out what was happening and was told that the books had been delivered to an area in JHB (I am based in KZN) and that I could not recieve the books until the person who had recieved them, returned them - what are the chances. I then requested to cancel the course and the cancellation process started. I have yet to recieve a refund and have been told over a 100 times, after over a 100 phone calls and emails, that the forms have been signed and are awaiting payment, I am very confused as to why it would take over 2 years to process a payment?!?!
