I have logged a complain last week in connection with Debit order been deducted from my account with out my permission. I do not care if you have a million debit orders going of a month, Stratcol does not think twice before just hacking your account and deduct money, but its more than a week. I want answers, I want to know who these people is that I owe money etc. I do not care if you want to protect the Identity of these suppliers but I do need the right to know who they are as I want to take them on ASAP.
