In the beginning of Janaury I applied to do a Bcom degree and paid R1700 for my application. I received an email yesterday saying I need to do a bridge course and my application was rejected. I tried constantly to get hold of anyone at UNISA for assistance to see if I can change my degree choice but getting help from anyone at UNISA is impossible. The call centre is closed and only emails and sms'es are the forms of communication. No one responds. Why couldnt I have been told this earlier so that some sort of arrangement could be made. This type of service is disgusting and whichever genius decided to closed the call centre and implemented this sms and email support, needs his head examined.
This is total rubbish!!! Can someone please help me?
