I registered online for a Bed degree and I am still awaiting a response since the 9th of July. Everytime I go online to check it says still in progress awaiting handling at section. Time is being wasted while I could have started my studies by now. The service at Unisa has become terrible and they need to implement the phone system again. It is so upsetting to go through this process especially when you urgently need to sort out a problem.
