Not answering students calls

I am trying to call Unisa for advise on my academics and no one is answering my calls, I had a problem yesterday when I was registering and when I tried speaking to someone to help I promise you all their numbers that they put in their website for students to contact them are not being answered it's like you have hit a wall.unfortunately yesterday was the closing date for registration for semester 2 and I couldn't register... Today I tried calling the number for student advisers 012 429 5388 no answer...
