I phoned today at Intec college to return 3 calls that I had received from Tasneem Shaik. When she couldn't get hold of me she sent an email to explain why she had acalled. I called back and she took my call with such a polite attitude. She took teh time to answer teh long list of questions that I had without a being annoyed. Tasneem you are such an asset. I am very grateful to you for taking your time to explain waht is needed to get my Diploma. THANKS & Keep up the excellent attittude.
