This is a general complaint about making use of the e-mail service provided by Intec when you study through them. Your student [email protected]. I have had frustrasions to the max. One day you log on no problem. Next day no luck what so ever. "Microsoft online does not recognise the username and/or password." is the general message that you get.
I have had good feedback from one of the IT people. At least he is trying to help me.
I want to know if anyone else have had these problems.
