What was amazing is that although I did not have an appointment to see the head of the department, I was dismissed by the reception being told that the principal was very busy and could not see me, even though I had mentioned my child was being bullied. This attitude does not fly with me. Is your school there only to make money or are you there to provide an education that is above the rest? I suggest you get your act together.
