I was referred to Woodburn Furniture by a friend who had his furniture custom made by them.

In December 2012, after having made a telephonic enquiry with them and upon their advise that I go to their shop, I met with Cherese and we discussed my requirements. I left a picture showing the design I was looking for and my contact details with them which were written in their "book". I was pronmised a quotation within a week as this was going to be provided by the Head Office based in Johannesburg. The year ended without me getting the quaotaion.

In the new year, I made follow ups (approximately 5 and the last being done last week) through the shop manager who each time promises to send the quaotation before the end of the day or the follwing day; but this never happens.

It is 4 months later and I have still not received a quotation. I am disappointed!!!
