Charmaine makes huge promises in her sales pitch w.r.t. guarantees, after sales service, supervision. quality of work etc. when we contacted her to fix some areas which required re-work due to poor workmanship - there has only been one excuse after the other, when eventually she just decided to ignore us totally by not returning phone calls, nor respond to e-mails and has left us sitting with false promises and a 10 year warranty certificate - which means absolutely nothing.
We would have done much better just getting a team from the corner of the street doing the job - it took the same amount of supervision from myself, checking, and feeling very frustrated with her and the entire team. It is not worth the effort even getting a quote from her!
